Rahail has been practising dentistry in Gorebridge since 1996 and is dedicated to its ongoing development, ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality dental care across all aspects of oral health. His friendly, calm approach has fostered strong relationships with families in the local community and contributed to a large base of long-standing patients. Rahail works two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) and outside of dentistry places great value on the time he spends with his family.

Usha graduated from dental school in India in 2010 and subsequently gained valuable clinical experience working with Bupa and several practices across Edinburgh. In 2024, she was appointed Principal Dentist at The Family Dental Practice, where she leads with a patient-centred approach. Usha has a passion for all aspects of dentistry, with particular interests in Invisalign, composite bonding and smile makeovers, and she is especially skilled at supporting patients with dental anxiety. Outside of her professional life, Usha enjoys travelling, cooking and cherishing time with her family.
Dr Sharon Ann Jose

Sharon graduated in 2011 and completed her postgraduate training in Prosthodontics, Crown and Bridge in 2020. With over 12 years of clinical experience in India and Dubai, she specialises in full-mouth rehabilitation, dentures, veneers, composite bonding, whitening, inlays and onlays, extractions and root canal treatments. She is a lifetime member of the Indian Prosthodontic Society, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in patient-centred care. Outside dentistry, Sharon enjoys hiking, travelling, films and spending quality time with her family.

She began her career as a Dental Nurse before progressing into reception and practice management, developing a comprehensive understanding of both patient care and operations. Marie is dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of the practice and is always on hand to assist patients with a warm and welcoming manner. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family, shopping and relaxing at her “wee” caravan.
Mrs Lucy Deed

Lucy qualified as a dental nurse in Edinburgh in 2013 and has been a valued member of our family-owned practice ever since. In addition to her duties as a lead dental nurse, she also assists at reception and is certified to take dental radiographs. Lucy is warm, approachable and dedicated to supporting patients throughout their visit. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, running and wild swimming.
Ms Connie Gullan

She has progressed through Senior Nursing, Operations Supervisor, and Regional Manager roles, and is known for her dedication to patient care and her supportive approach with dental teams. Outside of work, Sandra enjoys long walks with her dog and spending time with her family.
